'Suitcase murder' accused granted bail despite history of breaching conditions

A man wanted in The Netherlands to stand trial for the murder of a Dublin criminal has been granted bail while he fights his extradition.

The mutilated body of Keith Ennis from Walkinstown was found dumped in a canal over five years ago.
