Report fails to establish responsibility for GSOC leak

A report commissioned by the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission (GSOC) into the recent leak of confidential information has failed to establish any individual responsibility "either on the part of an employee of GSOC or any other party".

The Garda Siochana Ombudsman Commission (Gsoc) revealed an inquiry into news reports about an alleged surveillance operation at the Dublin headquarters could not establish their origin.
