Mayo syndicate picks up €4m Lotto jackpot

Members of a syndicate of work colleagues from Co Mayo have picked up a cheque for almost €4m from the National Lottery.

The group, who are choosing to remain anonymous, scooped last Saturday's Lotto jackpot.

The winning ticket was bought on Thursday, August 21 at An Post, King Street, Bury Street, Ballina.
