Garth Brooks is preparing himself for a legal battle following the cancelled Croke Park gigs.

The Daily Mail is reporting that the country music singer has hired a Dublin law firm in the event that cases for compensation may be filed against him.

The singer, whose greatest hits album spent four weeks at number one in the Irish charts despite the concert debacle, is down millions following the cancellation of the five Dublin concerts.
