Ticketmaster has processed more than 250,000 Brooks refunds

Ticketmaster reports that it has refunded customers for almost 255,000 Garth Brooks tickets following the cancellation of the gigs.

55,000 were refunded today, in addition to the 199,000 processed last week. In total, 400,000 tickets were sold for the five cancelled shows.

Ticketmaster also said they had received a "significant volume" of postal refund requests for tickets sold in person for cash. However, they also said many of the refund forms were not complete, missing important bank details, and urged customers to ensure all the information was present.
