Relatives of those who fought in the 1916 Rising are meeting the Arts Minister Jimmy Deenihan this morning to ask why they have not been invited to a number of commemorative events.

The 1916 Relatives Association, which includes more than 150 people, says it does not know what the Government is planning for the Centenary, but feels they should be involved.
