Union withdraws from Irish Rail talks on pay

One of the main unions involved in a dispute with Irish Rail has withdrawn from talks with management.

The National Bus and Rail Union had attended the talk despite rejecting a Labour Court recommendation based around pay cuts and cost-saving measures at the company.
