Charity collectors brave weather for National Sunflower Day

Thousands of people will be out in force today in an effort to raise funds for hospice services as forecasters predict heavy rain to spread across the country.

Volunteers will be selling sunflowers and sunflower pins and seeds today and tomorrow to raise money to ensure good end of life care for people.
