Cable theft disrupts Dublin rail services

Thousands of Dublin commuters have been disrupted this morning after Irish Rail cables were stolen overnight.

There are currently no DARTs or rail services operating between Bray and Dalkey, and only a limited service between Dalkey and Dun Laoghaire.
