Gardaí question man after Irish Olympic boxer Nevin suffers broken legs

A man in his 20s is in Garda custody in Mullingar this evening following an attack on Olympic silver medallist John Joe Nevin.

Gardaí were called to a dispute involving a number of individuals in the Ardleigh area shortly after 11am this morning.
