Permanent TSB's online and banking services hit by glitch

Permanent TSB is investigating a glitch with its online and telephone banking systems.

The bank say they are experiencing "issues", but that there are no security concerns.

PTSB says full service resumed earlier but they have since had further issues.

The bug is affecting its Open 24 Channel but ATMs and other online banking services are working as normal, it said today.

They have apologised to customers who cannot access full services.
