Garda taping: Special Criminal Court to be told today whether IRA trial can go ahead
The Special Criminal Court is due to be informed today whether Gardaí recorded the phone calls of two men charged with membership of the IRA.
The cases of Limerick men Thomas McMahon of Ros Fearna, Murroe and his co-accused Noel Noonan with a hostel address at Clare Street are the first affected by recent revelations.
