Firhouse death: Man released, file prepared

A man who was questioned in connection with the death of a woman in Dublin at the weekend was released without charge last night.

The body of the woman in her late 50s was discovered at a house in Firhouse on Sunday afternoon.

A 58-year-old man was detained in Dublin on Tuesday night.

He was released without from custody just before 10.50pm last night. Gardaí say a file is being prepared for the DPP.
