Shatter promises no special treatment on penalty points

The Justice Minister Alan Shatter has said no one should receive preferential treatment when it comes to penalty points.

Shatter has now received an official Garda Inspectorate report into the alleged abuse of the scheme, which he will bring to cabinet and then publish tomorrow.
