Phonewatch staff in favour of industrial action

Staff at PhoneWatch look set for industrial action.

98% of the 89 votes cast by workers attached to the CWU are in favour of industrial action in pursuit of claims for wage increases and incentives.

The Communications Workers Union claims the new owners of PhoneWatch have been dismantling incentive and bonus scheme for staff, including agreed rates for engineering work outside of normal hours.
