John Gilligan injured in Dublin shooting

Drug lord John Gilligan, the chief suspect in the murder of Veronica Guerin, has been shot.

The trafficker, who was released from jail last year, was attacked in the Greenfort Close area of Clondalkin tonight, gardaí said.
