INOU: Dole scheme's pay rate 'will barely cover additional expenses' of working

The Irish National Organisation for the Unemployed has criticised the pay rate of the Government's new dole scheme.

Gateways will see more than 3,000 jobseekers working for the country's local authorities for 20 hours a week, on a placement lasting up to just under two years.
