Man denied appeal for wife's murder conviction

A former insurance administrator serving life for the murder of his wife in Dublin has failed to have an appeal against his conviction re-opened.

David Bourke stabbed Jean Gilbert to death in front of their three children at their home in Laverna Dale, Castleknock in Dublin in August 2007.
