Chartered Surveyors figures show nationwide property price rise

New figures show that property prices increased in all parts of the country during 2013, with the biggest rise of 15.7% in Dublin.

The survey by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland found an increase of 5.7% outside the capital.
