Judge's illness leads to retrials for number of high-profile criminal appeals

A number of high-profile criminal appeals will have to be reheard because High Court judge Mr Justice Michael Hanna is seriously ill.

Addressing the Court of Criminal Appeal this morning Chief Justice Susan Denham said that he would probably require a lengthy convalescence.
