Two arrested in connection with Finglas death

Two men have been arrested in connection with the death of a 29-year-old man in Dublin overnight.

The men - both aged in their 20s - were arrested in Finglas this evening.

The body of the 29-year-old was found in his bedroom in a ground floor apartment at Springmount on the Wellmount Road in Finglas, at around 11am this morning.

It is believed a party was held at the apartment and gardaí are anxious to speak to anyone who attended.

The man's body has been removed to the city morgue and a post mortem is underway.
