Haass to resume NI talks on flags and parades

Former US diplomat Richard Haass is due to host resumed talks in Belfast aimed at solving some of Northern Ireland's most contentious issues.

The negotiations are focused on issues like flags, parades and legacy matters related to the Troubles.
