The Criminal Assets Bureau claims a legal action by drug trafficker John Gilligan to get back his show jumping arena in Co Kildare is an abuse of process.

CAB is asking the High Court to strike out the latest set of proceedings issued by the Gilligan family in their fight to get back Jessbrook, which is in the process of being sold.
