Gilmore: Gov can cut funding to agencies who breach pay rules

The Tánaiste says the government could cut funding for health agencies that breach the caps on public pay.

Speaking at the Labour Party's annual conference in Killarney, the Tánaiste said the taxpayer would not fund institutions that didn't honour the same pay cap as everyone else.
