Carlow road crash places three young men in hospital
Three men in their early 20s are in hospital following a car crash in County Carlow.
The single-vehicle accident happened at Kilcummey on the Bagnelstown to Borris Road just before 10pm last night.
The 22-year-old driver of the car was taken to hospital in Kilkenny, where his condition is described as serious. The condition of the two passengers is believed to not be life-threatening.
The road is currently closed for an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and will reopen shortly.
