Heated exchanges in Dáil over mortgage arrears crisis

There has been heated exchanges in the Dáil over the mortgage arrears crisis.

New figures from the Central Bank show the number of homeowners in mortgage arrears for more than 90 days increased during the past three months - by a further 1,300 to just over 99,000.
