Gilmore: We'll cut taxes for middle earners once upturn kicks in

Tánaiste Eamon Gilmore has said he he wants to cut taxes for middle-income families once the economic recovery takes hold.

Mr Gilmore said he believeds that those who were hit hardest during the recession should be the first to feel the benefits.
