Mayoral team launches new anti-dog fouling campaign

A new Dublin-wide campaign has been launched to stop dog fouling, although there is criticism that the rules aren't being enforced with just 12 fines for dog fouling last year.

30,745 dog licences were issued by the four Dublin local authorities in 2012.
