Members of a secret British army unit have told a TV documentary they shot at unarmed IRA suspects in Belfast in the 1970s.

The Military Reaction Force insist their actions saved lives.

Seven former members of the MRF believed military regulations, prohibiting firing unless their lives were in immediate danger, didn't apply to them.
