A psychiatric nurse has been convicted of stabbing three people after a row with his neighbours following an 18th birthday party.

A psychiatric nurse has been convicted of stabbing three people after a row with his neighbours following an 18th birthday party.

Brian Quinn formerly of Deer Park Avenue, Kiltipper, Tallaght, now living in Balbriggan, was convicted of seriously assaulting Lee Harte, and of assaulting Kurtis Lennon and James Toner Junior on October 9, 2011.

The 46-year-old was also convicted of producing a knife but he was acquitted on other assault charges.

A date for his sentencing at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court will be set next week.
