Man due in Cork court in connection with woman's traffic death

A man is due to appear in court this morning charged in connection with the fatal road traffic collision that occurred in Skibberreen on April 8.

A female passenger in her 20’s was killed in the single-vehicle, traffic collision on the N71 Skibbereen bypass.

She was pronounced dead at the scene and her body removed to Cork University Hospital.

The man in his 20's is expected to appear before Clonakilty District Court charged with the fatal road traffic collision.
