Three viable explosives made safe in Limerick
The army bomb disposal squad has made safe three viable pipe bombs in Limerick this morning.
They were found in an unoccupied house in the Ballysheedy area after they were uncovered during a Garda search.
Explosives experts arrived at the scene at about 6am this morning and made the devices safe without the need for a controlled explosion.
The devices have now been handed over to gardaí to assist their investigation.
