A former CIE bus driver is challenging his conviction and 13-year sentence for soliciting two undercover gardaí to import cocaine from Brazil.

Sunny Idah, who had addresses in London and at Lipton Court, Temple Bar, Dublin was convicted at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court last year on two charges dating back to September 2010.
