A man has been found guilty of the attempted murder of Co. Armagh woman Natasha McShane in the US.

A man has been found guilty of the attempted murder of Co. Armagh woman Natasha McShane in the US.

The 27-year-old was seriously disabled following the attack in Chicago in April of 2010.
