Judge to decide sentence for Wicklow council over health and safety violations

Wicklow County Council is due to be sentenced today for criminal health and safety violations relating to the death of two fire fighters.

Father of 15, Brian Murray and 26-year-old Mark O’Shaughnessy lost their lives fighting a blaze inside a disused ink factory at Adelaide Villas on September 26, 2007.
