Flooding the market with properties at knock-down prices will not boost the economy in Northern Ireland, Nama boss Frank Daly has claimed.

Even though the Republic’s national asset management agency has around €28m (£24m) worth of land and property for sale north of the border, its chairman insisted assets would only be sold if and when the price was right.
