Reilly: I'm not resigning

Health Minister James Reilly says he has no intention of resigning.
Minister Reilly's comments come following calls for his resignation from both Fianna Fáil and Sinn Féin.
Minister Reilly is under renewed fire regarding his handling of the Department of Health's budget.
However, he says he is in absolute in control of spending in his Department, dismissing calls on him to step down.
"I've no intention of resigning," he said.
"And I think it's a bit rich for Micheál Martin, the architect of the HSE, the man who, when we had more money that at any other time in this State, made a complete mess of the health service, and the man who then presided for 716 weeks, week in, week out, sitting at Cabinet with Bertie Ahern and Brian Cowen, bankrupt the country."
