Reilly warns that cuts to HSE will be the most challenging yet

The health minister has warned that cuts to HSE funding for next year will be the biggest challenge Ireland's health system has ever faced.

James Reilly said that he will do his best to make sure Ireland has a safe and efficient health system next year.
