Lawyers seeking the release of an infant from HSE care have said they are concerned the mother and child relationship is being damaged.

The Supreme Court said it will fix the earliest possible date for an urgent appeal against yesterday's High Court ruling which found that the baby boy is being lawfully held away from his parents.
