Police are investigating a petrol bomb attack at a house in Co Antrim.

Police are investigating a petrol bomb attack at a house in Co Antrim.

No one was injured when the property at Orkney Drive, Ballymena was targeted during the early hours of this morning.

Fire crews and police were called to scene at about 4am. It is understood a device bounced off a front window and ignited on the ground.

Several items were removed for forensic examination.

A spokesman for the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) appealed for anyone with information to contact detectives in Ballymena.
