The Chief Executive of NAMA says the agency will need up to 220 new members of staff to deal with the increase in workload - if it has to take over the bulk of the Anglo Irish Bank loan book.

Speaking at the Oireachtas Public Accounts Committee, Brendan McDonagh said the agency has lost 10% of its workforce to the private sector this year alone.
