Callinan: Banning use of knifes not a practical solution to combat stabbings

The Garda Commissioner said that banning the use of knives is not a practical solution to the spate of stabbings in Dublin.

Two men were stabbed to death in the capital since last Sunday - while there have also been a number of other recent serious assaults.
