Education Minister to consult with colleagues on teacher's union

Minister for Education will consult with the Minister for Public expenditure today on the dispute with the ASTI over their rejection of the Haddington Road Agreement.

Union members have voted in favour of industrial action which will see teachers withdraw from meetings outside normal school hours, in service training and school planning, from October 2.
