Up to 25 new jobs are set to be created with the opening of what is described as Ireland's most energy efficient data centre in Dublin today.

Hi-tech company Dataplex are behind the B 10 facility in Ballycoolin, which represents a €23m investment.

The facility is being opened by the Taoiseach Enda Kenny this afternoon.

The company provides services to internet service providers, banks and the IT sector.
