Revenue denies withholding tax refunds for non-payment of property tax

The Revenue Commissioners has denied suggestions that it is withholding income tax refunds from people who have not paid the property tax.

It was claimed this morning that the Revenue is asking people to pay their full property tax before income tax overpayments can be funded.
