Heaney removal set to take place
The removal of the remains of Seamus Heaney will take place this evening at 6:45pm to the Church of the Sacred Heart in Dublin's Donnybrook.
His funeral mass will take place tomorrow at 11.30am before the Nobel Laureate is buried in his native Bellaghy, Derry around 5pm.
Books of Condolence will open at Belfast City Hall, Derry's Guild Hall and Dublin's Mansion House.
The Nobel prize winning poet and playwright died aged 74 on Friday after a short illness.
His work as a poet and playwright also earned him the acclaim of being regarded as the best Irish poet since William Butler Yeats.
Seamus Heaney is survived by his wife Marie and his three children.
