Toddler 'stable' after tapir attack at Dublin Zoo

It is understood the young girl who was mauled in Dublin Zoo by a Brazilian tapir is recovering well after treatment.

The toddler and her mother are recovering in hospital and a spokesman for Temple Street Children’s Hospital described the two-year-old girl's condition as stable.
