Families affected by creche investigations considering legal action

Up to 20 families involved in the investigation into the alleged mistreatment of children at three creches are said to be considering suing the childcare facilities.

The Irish Independent reports that the HSE, who are responsible for the regulation of creches, may also face legal action.
