Man tells gardaí at Dublin station: I've been shot
A man who walked into a Dublin Garda station this evening to tell officers that he had been shot is in a serious condition in hospital.
Gardaí say the man drove himself to Store Street Garda Station in the city centre at around 9.30pm this evening.
An ambulance was called and he was treated at the scene before being transferred to hospital.
The man's car remains outside Store Street Garda station - on the Luas tracks.
As a result, the Red Line Luas is currently only running as far as Abbey Street.
