Dublin Horse Show puts contingency plan in place as bus strike continues

The organisers of the Discover Ireland Dublin Horse Show have put contingency plans in place for those travelling to the event - in light of the Dublin Bus strike.

Over 100,000 visitors are expected to travel to the Show at the RDS over the next five days.

A courtesy coach will operate every 30 minutes - on the hour and half hour - for those coming from Heuston Station.

Passengers arriving to Connolly Station are advised to take the DART to Sandymount - which is a five minute walk from the RDS.

And there are also park and ride facilities available at UCD.
